Travel day to Playa Del Carmen (please use the Cancun airport CUN for flight booking)

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Angi sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.

Please note that you all-inclusive package begins with lunch of your arrival date.

  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
  • Reminder: complimentary activities are available for guests at the beach every day from 9:00am-4:00pm.

6:00 - 8:00 PM - Welcome Cocktail Hour. Please join us on the Salarium Pool Area for light appetizers and drinks to kick off a great few days of celebration in Mexico! Feel free to stop by whenever works best for you and your guest, it's an open invite for the two hour window!

Friday 2/2/2024.

9:00am - 11:00am - Angi's President's Club Celebration Brunch. Breakfast will open at 9:00 AM. We ask that all attendees and their guest arrive by 9:30 to be seated for the start of the meeting at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be hosted in the Ceiba Ballroom.

Day at Leisure - Please check back closer to the event for a daily activity schedule!

Today is all yours to explore the resort and all it has to offer including the stunning pools and beach, located just steps in front of the resort. For those looking to be active around the resort, click here to see the wide assortment of things to do at the Resort!

The group has a 20% off all spa treatments, so when making your Spa reservation, please reference the Angi group. A reminder that these activities will be at your personal expense and not covered by Angi.

2:00 - 4:00 PM - Angi PClub Volleyball Tournament. Swing by the pool for some fun and competition with our annual volleyball tournament!

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is offered daily a la carte at La Palapa (a la carte), and buffet style at Naos and Hadar. For those looking for a grab and go style breakfast, Illy's Coffee Corner is open daily.

Sunday 2/4/2024

Travel day leaving Playa Del Carmen for most. Angi will be providing group transport to the airport for this departing today.
 
Please note that you all-inclusive package ends with breakfast on your departure date.

Please check your individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time. 

Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Angi will be covering all room charges, taxes, and fees. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.

Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
