Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or friend.

Please note that all expenses related to bring a guest outside of the room charges, taxes and fees, must be paid for personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received within 10 days of the invites going out. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the February trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights will be booked through CCE Global. A representative from CCE Global within 48 hours to assist in the flight booking process.

For those bringing guests, you will be responsible for the cost of their flights, however you will be able to book flights for you and your guest at the same time with CCE by providing a personal credit card to CCE for your guest's flight costs.

Please note you will be flying into the CANCUN International Airport!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I arrive early or extend my trip in Mexico?

Yes all employees can choose to extend their trip in Mexico at their own cost.  You will also be responsible for handling your own airport transfers.  We will provide a preferred partner to help you get them booked.

Please include your extension requests on the registration form.

For those looking to extend at Paradisus the group rate is $500 USD per night double occupancy in the run of house category.  Please keep in mind you may be able to find a cheaper price online and you are able to book personally at the hotel.  Just note you may not be able to stay in the same room for the group dates. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

The temperatures in Cancun on average in early February are between 73°F and 80°F. We recommending bringing a light jacket for the evenings with the sun goes down. 

A few other helpful items to bring:

  • Valid Passport - your passport must be valid through your departure date for those attending from the US. *Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
  • A Credit Card will be required at the time of check in for incidentals
  • Resort Casual attire
  • Bathing Suit
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Active Wear for those looking to use the resorts fitness center

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

Tulum Tour - Experience the wonder of the ancient city of Tulum with our knowledgeable guides who, through colorful stories, will help you feel as if you are standing in Tulum in the 13th century. Local Golf Courses:

Gran Coyote Golf Course (located under 10 minutes from the resort) is just steps away from the beachfront and challenges golfers with tricky winds, strategic bunkering and seven acres of water hazards spread throughout the course. Designed by three-time major champion Nick Price and built with a focus on minimizing its environmental impact, Gran Coyote Golf features well-manicured fairways and greens that seamlessly blend into the surrounding beauty.

El Camaleón Golf Course (located about 10 minutes from the resort) has been home to both PGA and LIV golf tour events and is truly a breathtaking golfing experience. El Camaleón blends through the diverse ecosystems of Mayakoba, including tropical jungle, dense mangroves, freshwater canals and pristine Riviera Maya oceanfront.

[fa icon="plus-square"] How do I book dinner reservations?

At this time, the resort no longer allows advanced reservations to be made at the restaurants on property. Upon arrival, you will be able to make your reservations based upon availability at the restaurants.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given this is an all-inclusive property, anything in addition to what this includes will be paid for personally.

Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Angi's sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

For your transfer from Paradisus to the Cancun airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
